This rather a typical building for the center of the city stands apart from the others due to its unusual coloring! The author of the project - architect Mikhail Belov, decided to decorate the facade of a building with bright colors and the windows of the upper floors – with original cornices, porticos and columns. The project was completed in two years and in 2005 first residents moved in the house.
