Pertsov’s mansion in Prechistenskaya embankment has a proud status of historical and cultural monument of federal significance.

At the end of the 19th century Peter Pertsov, a railway engineer and a passionate art lover immortalized his name by building this house, which became a shelter and a creative workshop for many artists and actors.
